I refuse to use the word ‘camshots’ as the post title because somehow, it sound pretty pornographic. Don’t you think so too?
I have been taking pictures with our phones and never been able to get the time or remember to upload in to the computer until now. There are some taken specifically in mind of our blogging friends here
Forgive me if these pix are comparatively unglamorous to all our other posts ~ a dose of random relaxation on a Friday for you
For Mari of I Love Green Inspiration > Grey&red, cement&plastic
Hey Mari, remember the “fearless red chairs in Southeast Asia”?
Here is one lonely one sitting at the back of a magazine newsstand, peeping from behind the boxes of drinks.

For Dan of Nine and a Half Hours Ahead > Miscellanea
Ok, I promised a shot of the perigee moon aka super moon but it didn’t come out to play the very next night for me to capture its beauty *grrrr*. To compensate, here’s a late afternoon moon, it was about 4.30pm but Mr. Moon is already peeping at me! And some lovely flowers (some not so flower looking ones) that we are greeted by everyday

So pretty, they make me think of spider anemone

Bougainvillea flowers in full bloom

I don’t know what they are called, but I call them buttercups

A sweet little weed daisy

These ixora plant comes in white, yellow and orange, while this one here is in red. I use to pluck them when I was a teenager to pull out its stigma for a little nectar

I have no idea what these are but they look like phallus to me lol!

Poor tiger lillies… melting under the humid heat

These little toadstools sprout out only after a few days of constant rainfall

Some other random snaps to share

This little birdie is a rare visitor unlike the usual sparrows, mynas and crows… so pretty

Ahhh… I see you! This pretty doll probably thinks she can’t be seen, silly girl, lol!

The dark pregnant clouds welcoming the cool showers… we love rain

Meet Sumo, the neighborhood stray cat. He is small, blue and timid. We suspect he was abandoned and there was once we witnessed him being bullied by a crow. Richard gave chase to have Sumo running behind hiding of me… We intend to bring him home when we relocate in August.

Well! I definitely am NOT going to give a single penny to this shop! I love shoes, they do make me feel good but in no way am I superficial and in no way do I have a “whatever” attitude. Life is too short not to make a stand in ones beliefs! This is very irresponsible marketing/advertising to impressionable minds regardless of age, tsk tsk tsk!

Quick snaps of our two cats, Beary Jr and Rani

Love Beary’s reflection on the white tiles, kisses to you baby boy…

The raja roars yawns…

My pretty green eyes baby boy

My failed attempt to have a “mother and son” snap, sigh…

Meet Rani, the queen of heavyweight – she is smaller than Beary but she weighs 10kg

I do not know how Rani does is so tactically… she slips in and the bedspread is still so neat, good girl!

Here we have Rani in the walrus impersonation act…

And Rani doing the lion impersonation… lol
